Below are the current guide prices for Ketla IT Services. These prices should only be seen as a guide as customer needs can vary widely, especially when it comes to website design or networking. Although we are clearly a commercial entity, Ketla IT Services aims to assist students and those on lower incomes to gain access to computer support, and to this end we are more than willing to negotiate pricing on a case by case basis for this category of customer.
- Standard Call out fee if within 5 miles - £15.00.
- Call out fee if over 5 miles - £20.00.
- Site Survey for cabling or wireless setups - charged at Call Out Fee rate of £15.00 if under 1 hour in total.
- Hourly Charge Rate - £30.00
- Diagnostic Fee (inc. full check-up and customer report) - £15.00.
- Data Recovery Diagnostic Fee (inc. detailed report) - £30.00.
- Data Recovery Charge - £20.00 per hour (a special discounted fee will be agreed for larger incidents).
- Web Design Consultancy - £20.00 per hour .
- Web Design Design and Creation - price dependant upon features required.
- Subsequent Web Site Page Creation/Maintainance - £20.00 per hour.
- Web Hosting - price dependant upon drive space and hosting features.
- Web Site Domain Registration - £5.00 plus costs (dependant upon domain type).
- Web Site Domain Maintenance - £20.00 per year.
Ketla IT Services also offers telephone support and assistance through its KIT Support Vouchers:
- KIT Telephone Support Voucher - £10.00 per incident.
- KIT Onsite Support Voucher for SBE users - £50.00 per incident of less than 1 hour.
